Commitment and variety of humanitarian and social actors in favor of the integration in France of refugees from Ukraine under temporary protection or requesting to be so since February 24, 2022
We propose to define and identify the actors involved in the integration of refugees from Ukraine in France since February 24, 2022 and to determine their actions and interactions.
The aim of this research is to establish a typology of humanitarian and social actors acting in France in favor of the integration of refugees from Ukraine in France since February 24, 2022. Who are the humanitarian and social actors involved in the integration of refugees from Ukraine under temporary protection or requesting temporary protection since February 24, 2022, and what are their actions and interactions?
Data collection mainly consists of collecting as much information as possible from both institutional and academic sources and appropriating the specialized literature on the subject. Surveys are conducted in the field in France, in large cities such as Paris in more rural areas such as Poitou or Charente. The idea is to be able to appreciate the plurality of actors and situations, expectations, particularly in terms of employment and access to education and the actors involved, at both local and national levels. Interviews are conducted with all types of actors identified as well as with researchers identified as specialists in the themes discussed. Portraits are drawn up, in particular of exiles and volunteers, in order to help understand life paths.
