First aid training: how to better connect the skills learned and the actions to be taken
The objective of Céleste Fournier’s research is to understand how first aid trainers adapt their training practices in order to enhance the transfer of learning in critical situations and, ultimately, to reinforce the effectiveness of training.
This research was conducted in collaboration with the IFRC Global First Aid Reference Centre hosted by the French Red Cross.
